LA BOUILLABAISSE
For over fifty years this Marseillais specialty has been the basis for our reputation: a tomato broth seasoned with rockfish and saffron.
Servings generally consist of 5 varieties of fish garnished with potatoes, croutons and two varieties of mayonnaise: a rouille and an aioli.
